Artificial Intelligence

Artificial Intelligence(AI) is one of the most sought out creations in the history of mankind. As it is discovered, there is still a vast gap that is still left to explore. AI became one of the most interesting things to be discovered by scientists around the world. The development of AI has made great progress in the last couple of years, and is now a profession that is booming.

AI can be defined as a branch of science that has the ability to stimulate human intelligence. An AI is put into a machine or a device, so that it can perform the same tasks as humans can. The different things that they should be able to perform is Intellectual thinking and problem solving. As the AI is installed into a machine, it is not specifically programmed to work a certain way, but it works off of algorithms, which means it basically works by repeated motion of correcting itself. It programs itself after doing a certain task over and over again. This machine learns exactly like a human child does. A baby, when first learning to walk, keeps falling down over and over again, before it has the ability to walk. Its the same with a machine rigged with artificial intelligence. They learn be failing.

Artificial intelligence can be classified into several sub-topics. The most common one is Artificial Narrow intelligence, which has been achieved and created by humans. An example of this is Facial Recognition. Then there is Artificial General Intelligence where the machine mimics that of human Intelligence. This type of AI is a work in progress, and there is still a lot to explore. The last AI is Artificial Super Intelligence, which means the machine is completely self aware of its surroundings, and it is also much more advanced than human intelligence. This type of AI still only exists in science fiction, and is developed yet.

As Ai becomes further developed every year, we can hopefully see extremely artificial super intelligent systems in the future.
